Pacific Alliance of Martial Arts (P.A.M.A.) was established by GM Manuel Francisco, Jr. in 1990. The passion of teaching the martial arts and sharing the knowledge of TaeKwonDo and the Filipino Martial Arts (Eskrima-Kali-Arnis) were the driving force in developing the school and propagating the positive benefits of the training. Respect, Honor, Discipline, Courage, Leadership, Health, and Indomitable Spirit are words and actions associated with the Martial Arts.
We’re committed to Excellence and the Propagation of a Harmonious Community through the Martial Arts.
“We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence then, is not an act, but a habit” – Aristotle

A self-defense martial arts from Korea that enables a practitioner to defend oneself and instills discipline, respect, confidence, health, and indomitable spirit. TaeKwonDo means “hand, foot and way of life.” Students learn to focus their energy, improve coordination, develop leadership skills and create a positive character. P.A.M.A. participates in TaeKwonDo tournaments to enhance the student’s learning experience. Come be a part of our Martial Arts Family!
A weapon based martial arts from the Philippines. It’s a full system that incorporates empty hands, kicking, blades, and various weapons. There are very few qualified and certified instructors that teach the Filipino Martial Arts (FMA). Besides learning self-defense, students will enhance their motor skills, develop better reflex, improve cardio, coordination, and concentration, and become healthier. Eskrima is very effective and realistic. Come join us!
Definitely NOT! We have students ranging in age from (3) three to (70) seventy. Anyone who has the desire and motivation to learn new things and push themselves to reach new heights in an enjoyable activity is eligible for our programs.
The Filipino Martial Arts program and the TaeKwonDo program are both being developed simultaneously. Future champions at the national and international levels are being developed and prepared through this program.
Depending on the time commitment and individual abilities, it often takes three and a half to five years. It’s not a race to become a black belt. Instead, it involves developing the patience, self-improvement, drive, discipline, confidence, and other traits necessary for TaeKwonDo. It is suggested for students to train at their own pace.
The Black Belt is the conclusion of years of training and a mark of persistence, wisdom, and a significant accomplishment. Earning one is the ultimate aim for any student.
Eskrima (Arnis), is the only Filipino traditional martial art that comprises Espada Y Daga (sword & dagger) and Blade Techniques, is thought to be the most complete and all-encompassing type of fighting.
