About Us

Our Passion.

Pacific Alliance of Martial Arts (P.A.M.A.) was established by GM Manuel Francisco, Jr. in 1990.  The passion of teaching the martial arts and sharing the knowledge of TaeKwonDo and the Filipino Martial Arts (Eskrima-Kali-Arnis) were the driving force in developing the school and propagating the positive benefits of the training.  Respect, Honor, Discipline, Courage, Leadership, Health, and Indomitable Spirit are words and actions associated with the Martial Arts.

We’re committed to Excellence and the Propagation of a Harmonious Community through the Martial Arts.

Why PAMA?

We train Champions in Life

P.A.M.A. is a Family-oriented organization that has developed Champions in Life.  We’ve seen our children grow up and become successful in our community.  The adults learn to manage their health and lessen stress through our process of learning self-defense. Our certified instructors enjoy what they do because they know it will benefit everyone.

Our Programs

Pacific Alliance of Martial Arts (P.A.M.A.) offers classes in TaeKwonDo and the Filipino Martial Arts (Eskrima-Kali-Arnis).  Our P.A.M.A. Instructors are certified and have many years of martial arts experiences.   We have classes for Children, Teens, and Adults.

TaeKwonDo

A self-defense martial arts from Korea that enables a practitioner to defend oneself and instills discipline, respect, confidence, health, and indomitable spirit. TaeKwonDo means “hand, foot and way of life.” Students learn to focus their energy, improve coordination, develop leadership skills and create a positive character. P.A.M.A. participates in TaeKwonDo tournaments to enhance the student’s learning experience. Come be a part of our Martial Arts Family!

Filipino Martial Arts

A weapon based martial arts from the Philippines. It’s a full system that incorporates empty hands, kicking, blades, and various weapons. There are very few qualified and certified instructors that teach the Filipino Martial Arts (FMA). Besides learning self-defense, students will enhance their motor skills, develop better reflex, improve cardio, coordination, and concentration, and become healthier. Eskrima is very effective and realistic. Come join us!

Our Partners and Supporters

Our Main Goals Step By Step

  • Discipline

It is impossible to begin learning the most complex techniques in martial arts. Instead, they adopt a step-by-step, methodical approach to learning. Moving from one objective to the next while focusing on skill mastery at each stage is how progress is made.

  • Conditioning

When a fighter with excellent technique and low conditioning engages in combat, the fighter faces the danger of losing the battle in the latter rounds. The element of a martial artist's training that is likely to be most misunderstood and difficult is conditioning.

  • Decision Making

Making split-second decisions is crucial to many parts of human life. anything in life, from life-or-death situations to sports. Specially when you are on the mat.

  • Champion

What the intellect can understand, the heart can accept, the body can do. Whether you believe you can or cannot, you are correct. You bleed less the more you perspire. Go all out and protect yourself at all times. Be the Champion you are ought to be.

Let's hear them ROAR!
