Milkshake Concepts is on the hunt for a social media manager who knows how to make people stop scrolling and start craving. Our ideal candidate is equal parts trend-obsessed, brand-savvy, and lightning-fast. Someone who thrives in the chaos of the hospitality world and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty (preferably with queso). You'll collaborate with our existing Social Media & Marketing team to ensure our restaurants stay top of feed AND top of mind. What You'll Be Doing: Assist in crafting and executing a social media strategy that drives engagement and tells our brand stories across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more. Manage content calendars for multiple unique brands — think fun, fast, and flawlessly on-brand Create and edit reels, stories, and other visuals using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite Stay two steps ahead of social trends and pop culture moments, and know exactly when to jump in Be onsite to capture live content at events, activations, new openings, and spontaneous moments Engage with our communities — respond to DMs and comments, spark conversations, and turn followers into raving fans Track performance, optimize strategy based on data, and share wins with the marketing team Help coordinate influencer and creator campaigns, and manage incoming UGC Collaborate with marketing, operations, creative teams, and leadership to bring big ideas to life You’re a Fit If You: Have 2+ years of experience running social for hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands Can thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment without dropping the ball (or the tripod) Are creative, quick-thinking, and can pivot when plans change Have strong writing skills with a clever, brand-right voice Understand visual storytelling and know how to shoot/edit content on your phone or camera Know how to read the room online — trends, tone, timing Are ultra-organized, meet deadlines, and juggle multiple accounts like a pro Love food, restaurants, and turning everyday moments into social magic Bonus Points If You: Have graphic design chops (Canva or Adobe) Understand influencer marketing strategy Are comfortable behind the camera — and sometimes in front of it Are familiar with paid social or boosting strategies Have experience with AI technology to assist in both workflow and in creating innovative content.
