Job Description

Our client, a leader in facility management and maintenance services, is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Senior HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Senior HVAC Technician

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range: Based on experience and qualifications

What's the Job?

• Operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems across multiple sites.
• Perform routine inspections, calibrations, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Travel between facilities to ensure proper functioning and timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of system readings, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, hazardous material handling, and workplace safety standards.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
• EPA 608 Type II Certification is required; Universal certification is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and proficiency with basic computer applications such as Word and Excel.
