An established industrial company is seeking a highly skilled Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with deep experience in manufacturing and cost analysis. You’ll play a key part in helping to build the FP&A function for this newly spun off company. You will perform financial planning, analysis, reporting, and ensure the integrity of the FP&A function. What You’ll Do:

• Drive the annual budget process, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and investment analysis.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Review and analyze monthly financials, analysis of inventory and plant cost activities, prepare top side journal entries.
• Manage full-cycle P&L analysis, including revenue, margins, SG&A, and net income performance.
• Support accounting with the execution of month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and external audit support.
• Contribute to ERP system transitions and promote best practices in financial operations.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA designation a plus
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in FP&A with a manufacturing company.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and fundamental accounting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including building models from scratch.
• Proven ability to analyze complex data, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
