Job Summary:

EWOR supports ambitious entrepreneurs in starting and scaling startups. They seek a Biotech Co-Founder / CTO to build and run a biotech startup while receiving personal development and coaching from experienced founders.

Responsibilities:

Build and run your own startup in biotech or related fields.
Engage in a personalized development program crafted by unicorn founders, focusing on goal, time, and energy management.
Receive hiring support through our network of over 50,000 professionals and advice from serial entrepreneurs.
Get coaching to make your startup 'investible' and ready to raise funding.
Iterate your product until achieving product-market fit and receive support in building sales and marketing teams.

Qualifications:

Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocating.
Willing to take full responsibility for your startup and scale it to 100M+ in revenue.
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English.
