We are looking for a licensed and motivated Listing Agent to join a high performing team built on client care, consistency, and smart growth. Our systems and coaching programs are already in place, allowing licensed agents to focus on building client relationships, guiding negotiations, and closing deals while earning rewarding commissions in a sustainable way.

• Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing
• Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
• Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
• Provide sellers with a clear listing presentation that includes key selling points and the suggested asking price

• Possesses a real estate license
• Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential
• Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research
• Completes tasks quickly and efficiently

• A real estate license is required

• Must live within daily driving distance of the office
• Must have working rights in the USA
