Job Title Principal Solutions Engineer

Job Location Austin, TX

Work Schedule 100% REMOTE, but must reside in the US in EST or CST

Pay Rate $160k-$175k/yr. + 10% Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits + 401k

Must have

• Currently, working as an Azure Solutions Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect
• Experience with big data tools like Databricks, Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Delta Lake
• Exposure to AI tools, like CoPilot, Cursor, Devon

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to other cloud platforms, i.e. AWS, GCP
• Relevant Databricks or Azure Cloud certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer, Azure Solutions Engineer)
• Experience in the financial services or Insurance

Job Details

The Principal Solutions Engineer will be responsible for solutioning, architecting, designing, implementing, and managing cloud-based solutions on the Microsoft Azure & Databricks platform. This role involves working with various data services and tools to ensure efficient data processing, storage, and analysis. They will work with various Business and Data/Analytics/Digital team stakeholders to understand the business goals and product needs.

Must have

• Currently, working as an Azure Solutions Engineer or Azure Solutions Architect
• Experience with big data tools like Databricks, Apache Spark, Hadoop, and Delta Lake
