Aloha! One of Hawaii's largest and oldest banks is seeking a Network Analyst II. Qualifications Prior experience in analyzing, designing, installing, and documenting local, wide, and enterprise-wide data networks and telecommunication systems. Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot network hardware and devices. Knowledge of network administration and management tools. Knowledge of network infrastructure components, including hardware and security tools. Proficiency with system monitoring tools such as SolarWinds. Description Under general supervision, you will: Fulfill or resolve network requests or trouble calls and complete required documentation (e.g., trouble tickets, network access requests, service requests). Understand and follow directions and adhere to policies and procedures. Lead and coordinate network projects (e.g., firewall, core router/switch, protocols, security). Work with users and vendors to resolve network connectivity or capacity issues. Recommend and implement cost reduction solutions and support critical bank network equipment or complex systems. Must be flexible, as there will be after-hours upgrade work to avoid business disruption. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $46.00/hr.
