Description: As a Marketing Assistant at TMZ Events, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing initiatives and enhancing our brand presence. This position requires a creative mindset and strong organizational skills to assist in executing marketing campaigns and managing promotional activities. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive landscape.
• Create and curate engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
• Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Help maintain marketing materials, databases, and project timelines to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Previous experience in marketing or a related role is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in social media platforms and marketing tools.
• Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design or content creation tools is a plus.
