Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in the furniture industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to rapid changes.
  • Physical ability to lift over 50 lbs and perform hands-on installation tasks.
  • Valid driver’s license, Social Security card, and U.S. citizenship required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to drive a 24-foot straight truck (non-CDL) with a clean driving record.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $18–$25, based on experience.
  • Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
