A Day in the Life of an Assistant General Manager: Supervise daily operations, ensuring standards and policies are met. Lead and support team training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Manage inventory, food safety, and customer concerns. Oversee financials, cash management, and expenses. Collaborate on growth strategies and brand image. Requirements At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, including Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to close at least two nights a week. Ability to lift, push, pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely.
