We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, exceptional business acumen, and a deep understanding of hospitality management. Fluency in Italian and English is essential to communicate effectively with international and local teams, guests, and stakeholders.

• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring smooth and efficient management of all departments.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and results-driven work culture.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest feedback and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and brand positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and key stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior management role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a hands-on approach.
• Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written) to facilitate effective communication.
• Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and operational processes.
• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and hospitality trends.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is a plus.
