We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support the organization with data-driven analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, while also assisting with various activities that help inform and guide sound decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in corporate finance, excellent communication skills, strong technical abilities, and exceptional attention to detail. We are looking for someone who can take the initiative and interact effectively with business partners across all levels of the organization.

This role is an in-office position out of Sandy, Utah.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Support the P&L and balance sheet analyses. Key areas of analysis include revenues, sales discounting, gross margins, product performance, and pricing. 
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, identify trends, drive performance improvement initiatives, evaluate investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and resource allocation decisions. 
• Support the annual budget process and assist in monthly budget vs. actual analyses.
• Lead ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as required to support strategic initiatives and business growth.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial planning and analysis processes through automation and process improvement initiatives.
• Implement best practices and standardized methodologies to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Bring to the Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
• 3+ years of finance experience with exposure to different areas (business analysis, cost accounting, FP&A, etc.) Any experience within the food industry is a plus.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles, with experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and analysis.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred, including relevant costing methods and inventory valuation
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and relationship building skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), with advanced Excel skills. Any knowledge of Python programming is highly valued.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
