As an Executive Housekeeper, you will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms and public areas are immaculately clean and well-maintained. Your responsibilities include scheduling and supervising staff, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with hotel cleanliness standards. To excel as an Executive Housekeeper, candidates should have at least 2 years of hospitality experience, with a strong background in housekeeping operations preferred. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Demonstrating a caring, compassionate, and respectful attitude towards guests and colleagues is essential in upholding our company values. Additionally, candidates must be able to handle the physical demands of the position, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
