Description:

Summary: Accurately and systematically audit auction items as directed by the Operations Manager. Maintain a consistent level of production and accuracy that meets goals, company objectives while maximizing profits

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Audit store’s items to eBay maintaining accuracy, compliance and productivity levels
2. Act as the liaison between the store’s web sales specialists and our company eBay account
3. Update eBay listings with proper information
4. Resolve store listing issues
5. Relist returned items
6. Ship online sales daily
7. Photograph online items for sale
8. Report listing opportunities regarding company standards to upper management 9. Other duties as assigned by upper management

Qualifications:

Formal Education and Experience Requirement (Must meet one or more of the following requirements):

• High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient on Apple/AOS systems
• Multiple online sales software platforms – eBay, Amazon, etc.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand or sit (stationary position) 80% of day
• Walk (move, traverse) 20% of day
• Use hands/fingers to handle or feel (operate, activate, use, prepare, inspect, place, detect, position) 100% of day
• Climb (stairs/ladders) or balance (ascend/descend, work atop, traverse) 20% of day
• Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl (position self to, move) 20% of day
• Talk/hear (communicate, detect, converse with, discern, convey, express oneself, exchange information) 100% of day
• See (detect, determine, perceive, identify, recognize, judge, observe, inspect, estimate, assess) 100% of day
• Taste/smell (detect, distinguish, determine) 100% of day
• Pushing or pulling 20% of day
• Reaching 20% of day
• Repetitive Motion 80% of day

Lifting Requirements:

• Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 20 lbs. of force frequently and/or up to 10 lbs. of force constantly to move objects

Actual pay offered will vary based on multiple factors which may include, without limitation, experience, education, training, specialized skills and certifications, minimum wage/salary requirements under local law.
