Excellent communication: exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders. Organizational skills: strong time management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze recruitment data and use insights to drive process improvements.
