Job Description
Adecco is hiring Assembly Operators to support a leading manufacturer in Allendale, NJ. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering stable hours, competitive pay, and hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment.
Shifts Available:
Day Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | $17/hour
Evening Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM | $18/hour
Evening shift must train on day shift
Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery to assemble cable components
Perform inspections and maintain documentation
Package and label finished products
Follow supervisor instructions and maintain a clean work area
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Entry-level; no experience required
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
Basic math skills and attention to detail
